Precision Redefined: LGS Technologies Offers Quick Turn Laser Cutting with Our Epilog Laser System

This state-of-the-art laser includes the ability of registration to printed media, reducing the need for fixturing. It also provides faster turn times for prototypes, production of parts that do not need a die, as well as additional soft tool manufacturing or dieless cutting. The Epilog can cut with ease and precision foams, polyester, rubber, cork, acrylic, and many more.

Providing high-quality cutting solutions for various materials, our Zund G# system processes materials up to a thickness of 1.97 inches and accommodates various cutting modules. The Zund easily handles a wide variety of substrates: rigid materials such as plexiglass, aluminum and foam, vinyl, and more. Ensuring a perfect cut every time, this machine provides the ability for both a drag and reciprocating knife and marking capabilities, making any job fully customizable.
