Fast Efficient Roll-to-Roll Laser Cutting with LGS: Unleashing Precision Without Tooling | Delta ModTech Laser Rotary Press
Our Delta Modtech Crusader 400W CO2 rotary press with laser integration offers roll-to-roll converting for a variety of materials such as PSA, polyester, paper, abrasives, cork, foam, rubber, neoprene silicone, polycarbonate and much more. Our rotary laser also provides a change cut profile or pattern on the fly, with no waiting on dies offering a cut pattern and depth of cut that stays consistent over time. The various types of cuts offered are kiss cutting, through cuts and slug removal, perforation, slitting, and scoring. Laser cutting compliments jobs that require tight tolerance cutting, registration, and alignment
Precision Redefined: LGS Technologies Offers Quick Turn Laser Cutting with Our Epilog Laser System
This state-of-the-art laser includes the ability of registration to printed media, reducing the need for fixturing. It also provides faster turn times for prototypes, production of parts that do not need a die, as well as additional soft tool manufacturing or dieless cutting. The Epilog can cut with ease and precision foams, polyester, rubber, cork, acrylic, and many more.
Precision Elevated: LGS Brings Sheet Metal Projects to Life | Prima Power Laser Genius+ Fiber System
The versatility of our 6,000-watt fiber Prima Power Laser Genius offers increased power through versatility and compatibility with a wide range of materials and thicknesses. Our laser effortlessly cuts steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass with thicknesses from 0.8mm to 30mm. Its precision is the highest, the quality of the cut edge is excellent and there is no part distortion. The automated material handling and large capacity of the Night Train FMS allows for long, unmanned operation cycles increasing our productivity compared to conventional drive systems.
Foam and Sponge Converting Simplified: LGS offers Turnkey Solutions | Fecken Kirfel Loop Skiver
Our Fecken Kirfel cutting-edge skiver allows us to offer customer thicknesses and quick turns to meet our customers’ specific requirements. Need die-cut capabilities or PSA added? We can tailor our process to fit your individual needs. LGS can convert buns into sheets at various thicknesses and bond buns end to end converting sheets into rolls. This can be done with a variety of foam and sponge products in a variety of thicknesses with widths up to 63”, bun thicknesses up to 39”, and can skive as thin as 1/32” allowing LGS to always have the thickness our customers desire.
Precision Unleashed: LGS Delivers Waterjet Cutting Services | Mach 200 5-Axis Waterjet Flow System
The Flow WaterJet Mach 200 with 5-axis capability allows us to produce faster parts with exceptional quality. While it cuts the perimeter of the normal part, bevel and contour cutting can be incorporated into the same program. This efficiency equals less fixturing & jig requirements along with cleaner and more consistent beveling and contour cutting. The Mach 200 can cut an extensive list of materials such as metals, composites, plastics, rubbers, and more. Its maneuverability provides unlimited possibilities for the type of shape of parts one can effectively cut so if you need it, this machine can do it.
A Cut Above: LGS Drives Thick Foam Fabrication with Our Zund Reciprocating Knife System
Providing high-quality cutting solutions for various materials, our Zund G# system processes materials up to a thickness of 1.97 inches and accommodates various cutting modules. The Zund easily handles a wide variety of substrates: rigid materials such as plexiglass, aluminum and foam, vinyl, and more. Ensuring a perfect cut every time, this machine provides the ability for both a drag and reciprocating knife and marking capabilities, making any job fully customizable.
